Before your first visit
Your first appointment is typically a consultation, where we’ll review your health history, explain your diagnosis, and walk you through your treatment options. In some cases, surgery may be performed the same day but more complex cases may require a second visit.
To help us prepare, please bring:
- Your referral slip
- Completed patient forms
- A parent or guardian if the patient is under 18
For IV sedation cases:
- Please do not eat or drink for 8 hours prior to surgery, and arrange for an adult to drive you home.
About X-rays:
- If your dentist or physician has already taken x-rays, please have them sent to our office or bring them with you. If needed, we can take additional imaging during your visit.
