Building trust, creating comfort, and delivering surgical excellence.
Your experience begins with how you're treated—not just clinically, but personally. Dr. Chodroff and Dr. Lazar started Lake River Oral & Facial Surgery to build something bigger than themselves, a privately owned practice rooted in compassion, driven by expertise, and designed to serve the people of the Pacific Northwest with integrity.
Our surgical staff is more than a team—they are the foundation of the care we provide every day. A lot of our team has been here for 10–15 years, and you’ll feel it. Whether you’re here for wisdom tooth removal or a full-arch restoration, our team brings unmatched energy, warmth, and intention to every visit.
Patients often say, “You all seem to really like each other,” and they’re right. We do. Because a happy team means a better experience for you.
We use in-house 3D scans to view bone, nerves, and teeth in incredible detail—so your treatment is safer and more predictable from the start.
Digital scans give us fast, mess-free impressions for crowns, implants, and more without the discomfort of traditional trays.

For complex cases, we simulate your surgery ahead of time to minimize surprises and maximize results.
Used in full-arch procedures, this scanner ensures your new teeth are placed with unmatched accuracy and comfort.
Education has always been part of who we are. Beyond patient care, we believe strong outcomes come from strong collaboration between surgeons and general dentists. That’s why we created our Study Club—a space for honest conversation, shared expertise, and practical learning rooted in real cases.
Our Study Club is a surgeon-led educational program for referring doctors and local providers who want to deepen their understanding of oral surgery and implant dentistry. Sessions are case-based and discussion-driven, focusing on clinical judgment, treatment planning, and how to navigate complex scenarios with confidence.
There’s no pressure to place implants or change how you practice. The goal is simple: clarity, confidence, and better outcomes for patients.

We work with incredible dentists across Southern Washington and Southwest Washington. This study club is our way of giving back to that community—by sharing what we know, learning alongside you, and strengthening the partnerships that ultimately benefit patients.
